The kitchen was fully equipped. Guests could use a fridge.
Our room was in the attic. We had to carry our bags up many stairs. It was very hot, and this made it difficult to sleep well. I felt unwell the next day

i found the location perfect for exploring. the host proved very friendly, offering helpful tips. parking just outside the hotel was easy, a significant convenience.
i noticed the room could have been cleaner upon arrival. there were leftover birthday balloons, and used coffee pods remained in the machine. a little more attention to detail would improve the experience.

Excellent Stay Close to the Centre

Nour gave a very warm greeting. She explained everything clearly. She also helped with our on-street permit parking. I found a coffee pod machine with a plentiful supply of coffee. Boiled sweets by the door were a nice touch (I ate quite a few!).
I noticed some noise due to thin walls. I could clearly hear every footstep and the shared bathroom flushing. This affected my rest.

The manager permitted an early check-in upon my arrival from London.
The room's decor felt quite mismatched, which I found a bit disconcerting. The curtains had some rather unsightly stains, and there was a fan coated in a thick layer of dust. Clearly, housekeeping missed a spot. I could hear everything happening in the building, especially early in the morning, far from ideal.

The room size was good (a King Room), which gave me plenty of space. The location provides convenient access to local amenities. I also found the staff to be helpful and cute.
The mattress was not up to standard. It felt hard and lumpy. The room showed signs of wear and tear, with some aspects looking tired. I found a couple of maintenance issues that affected the overall appearance.
